We offer Standard and Express shipping options for individual products.

For selected ritual sets and bundles, Free Standard Shipping may be automatically applied at checkout when available.

Order Preparation

Orders are prepared before shipment. For most individual orders and smaller orders, preparation usually takes 2 working days.

Larger orders may require additional preparation time.

Delivery Countries

We currently ship to Germany and Austria.

Additional delivery countries may appear at checkout depending on availability. If your delivery country is not available, please contact us at info@glimelle.de.

Estimated Delivery Time

Germany

Standard delivery: usually 5–8 working days from the order date.
Express delivery: usually 2–4 working days from the order date.

Austria

Standard delivery: usually 6–8 working days from the order date.
Express delivery: usually 2–4 working days from the order date, if available at checkout.

Selected ritual sets and bundles may include Free Standard Shipping.

If Free Standard Shipping is available, it will be shown automatically at checkout.

Express Shipping may not be available for all bundle orders and depends on the destination country, product weight, and shipping carrier.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking with the local customs authority before placing an order.
